Are the change agents in your state still denying the existence of Agenda 21, calling it a "conspiracy theory"? Rich in links to federal, state, and other programs, the USA 2002 Report to the United Nations summarizes our "progress" in attaining the ominous objectives of Agenda 21.

Presidents are supposed to defend the US Constitution, not the antithetical UN Declaration of Human Rights and Agenda 21. The UN Declaration of Human Rights directly contradicts the US Constitution's protection of a person's Natural Rights to Life, Liberty and Property.

In the same year (1992) that George H.W. Bush signed the United Nations Rio Accords (Agenda 21) he said,

It is the sacred principles enshrined in the United Nations Charter to which the American people will henceforth pledge their allegiance.

On June 14, 1993 Bill Clinton issued an executive order directing federal agencies to,

.. respond to the recommendations in Agenda 21, the comprehensive international policy declaration ... and contribute to the U.S. plan to be submitted to the United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development ... to help ensure implementation of Agenda 21.

George W. Bush has accelerated implementation of Agenda 21's elitist plan for global collectivism. He said,

The United States of America is committed to the United Nations. And we show that commitment by working to fulfill the UN's stated purposes, and give meaning to its ideals.

The United Nations 2003 Declaration of Human Rights, Article 29, Section 3 pronounces,

Rights and freedoms may in no case be exercised contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations.
