Graham Owen is an Attorney with the Pacific Legal Foundation. Mr. Owen explains the recent Ninth Circuit Court decision, Crown Point Development, Inc. v. City of Sun Valley, ID. The court has stricken planning and elected officials' absolute immunity when dealing with land use decisions. Land owners now have a basis to oppose unreasonable regulations.
