Cecil Rhodes and other Englishman and Americans originated Fabian socialism. Where did Fabian ideas come from? Researcher Will Roberts traces Fabian socialism to August Comte's worldview called Positivism. Comte envisioned a world that would evolve into what Huxley described in Brave New World or what George Orwell described in 1984. Comte originated the "science" of sociology, coined the term altruism (living life for others) as he envisioned a world with a very narrow ruling elite, high priests (secular) and a classless mass of society - the expendable worker bees - Sustainable Development in Action!

Special interests inside schools threaten family autonomy

- Listen Online:
-
- Date Added:
- 11/02/2005
Should parents have a right to know whether their child is having a major medical procedure rather than attending school? Should a principal be able to fire a predatory or incompetent teacher? Should tax-funded political advocacy groups be able to take a person's pay to promote interests of the group -- even when those interests are against the values of that person? The answers might seem shocking to parents in the California government school system, which is why these are central issues being debated by Californians as they prepare for a special election next week. While California airwaves are being been blasted with propaganda justifying a status quo that promotes special interests over family autonomy, Freedom 21 Santa Cruz Radio will talk with Executive Director of Capitol Resource Institute Karen England and other special guests to explore how these issues affect families in California and around the nation.
