The federal Real ID Act
State legislators across the country are grappling with a federal identification mandate that includes the use of biometrics in order to track your whereabouts, purchases and habits. The ID card maintains a record on your health, financial and legal history. The Real ID Act works to implement global Sustainable Development policy as it seeks to place monitoring controls on you. Awareness around the country is growing as 20 states have rejected the mandate. Not so in the California legislature.
