Refund and Returns Policy

Freedom Advocates guarantees to refund any item that you are not happy with if you return it within 7 days of receipt, undamaged and in its original packaging.  Refunds will be made by a credit to your card, or by check.  Please note that the buyer will pay the cost of returning all goods. 

In addition, Freedom Advocates guarantees to replace any audio or video disc that is not in working order when it is received, if the buyer notifies us within 14 days of receipt.
