Many clergy have been drawn to community organizing because of the lures of “social justice,” which is very different from the American principles of “equal justice.”

The churches that have succumbed to the doctrine of “social justice” have forged a world-wide movement of interfaith organizations, some operating under an ecumenical concept. These groups often influence City Hall and use aggressive tactics to advance Agenda 21 programs.
